DFR ( Interesteriﬁed FAT)

DFR IVF is an interesterified & refined fat of vegetable oil origin (Palm kernel & palm oil based) having properties very much similar to dairy fat. It is a trans fatty acid free product. It contains added Ref Sesame oil, Vitamin A and Antioxidants (INS 319), Ideal for dairy fat in frozen dessert, non-dairy whitener and creamer, imitation cheese, Kulfi and other sweet/milk products.

Koolex (Vanaspati)

Koolex Vanaspati is a hydrogenated & refined fat of vegetable oil origin (Palm kernel and Palm oil based) having properties very much similar to dairy fat. It is a trans fatty acid free product. It is used as a replacement for dairy fat in Frozen dessert, product like Kulfi and other sweetmeat products.
